1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website or mobile application (“Platform”) for browsing, ordering, or any other interaction, you (“User”, “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BlitzyMart, a division of Clevmind Technologies, governed by Indian law.
2. Eligibility

- Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Use the service in accordance with Indian laws
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to users who do not comply.
3. User Registration & Account
To place orders, you may be required to register and create an account by providing:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Delivery address
- Secure password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Service Scope
We offer:
- Home delivery of groceries, daily essentials, and other household items
- Delivery to specified areas within Maharashtra (as listed on the Platform)
- Scheduled and on-demand delivery options, where available
Availability is subject to serviceable areas, stock, and operational constraints.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and COD (where available).
- Payment gateways are managed by third-party providers under secure protocols.
6. Order Process and Cancellation
a. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed through the website or mobile app. Confirmation will be sent via SMS/email.
b. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel orders before dispatch through the app/website.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, delivery limitations, or payment issues.
- Refunds for prepaid orders (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on the Platform.
You may request returns in the following cases:
- Damaged or expired items
- Incorrect products delivered
- Missing items in the package
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
8. Delivery Terms
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, subject to traffic, weather, and local conditions.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
- Contactless delivery is supported upon request.
9. User Conduct
By using the Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Not misuse or abuse the service (e.g. fake orders, threats to delivery staff)
- Abide by applicable laws
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violations.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our Platform—including logos, brand names, product images, software, and design—is the property of Clevmind Technologies or licensed to us, protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- BlitzyMart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in service caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, internet failure, or strikes.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.

15. Amendments
