Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Sugar, Edible Vegetable Oil (Palm), Cocoa Powder (3.7%), Baking Powder [INS 500(ii), INS 541(i)], Artificial Flavouring Substance (Vanilla, Chocolate), Milk Solids, Iodized Salt, Raising Agent [INS 500(ii)] and Colour (INS 150d).
How to Use
Method of Preparation:
– Mix all the ingredients together until uniformly blended.
– Heat pan over medium flame and lightly grease it with oil.
– Pour approx. 40-45 ml (1/4th cup) of batter.
– Cook the pancake for 1 minute until bubbles break on top and the edges begin to dry.
– Flip & cook the other side for 1 minute.
– Serve hot with any topping of your choice like honey, chocolate sauce, fruits, etc.
