Overview
Whole Mataki or Moth dal is a small, brown-coloured, oblong-shaped bean, which is very common in Indian cuisine. These have a greater concentration of vitamins, minerals, proteins and enzymes. Sprouts are easily digestible. It also contains dietary fibre, Folate, all with virtually no fat. They are a good source of potassium and iron.
