How to use:
Use as your regular toothpaste
First squeeze pea sized amount on a clean finger tip & gently rub on the base of the sensitive teeth for 1 minute
Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by the dentist
