1. Overview
At BlitzyMart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or refund under the conditions outlined below. This policy applies only to orders placed through our website or mobile application.
2. Eligible Return Scenarios
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Damaged or tampered items upon delivery
- Expired products
- Incorrect items delivered
- Missing items in the order
3. Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unconsumed, and in original packaging (if applicable).
- Clear photo or video evidence is required for processing returns/refunds.
- We reserve the right to verify the issue before initiating a refund or replacement.
4. Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund:
- Orders with status as “processing” or “hold” can only be cancelled/refunded
- Log in to your account on Profile on App
- Go to “View Profile” and select the affected order under Action
- Scroll down and click Cancel button
- Clicking Cancel button will cancel your complete order
- Refund will be initiated and paid funds for your order at BlitzyMart will be refunded in 5-7 working days

5. Refund Process
- Once the return request is approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
- For COD orders, refunds may be processed via UPI or wallet credit, based on customer preference.
6. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse or picked up by our delivery agent.
- Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.
- Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
