Cooking Instructions
Measure a 50 gm or a cup of rice and soak for 20-30 minutes. Measure five times the water of rice volume in a pan. Boil for 2 minutes and stir one/two times. Reduce heat, cover, turn, simmer and cook for 6 minutes. Drain out the excess water and add tadka/vegetables as per need.
